Heddiw cafodd ymgynghoriad ei ryddhau sy'n holi eich barn ar y newidiadau arfaethedig i'r Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Dosbarthiadau Defnydd) 1987 (UCO) a'r Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Datblygu Cyffredinol a Ganiateir) 1995 (GDPO).
Mae ein hymrwymiadau polisi i ehangu ynni adnewyddadwy a'r ddarpariaeth delegyfathrebu yn golygu ein bod wedi ystyried a oes cyfleoedd ychwanegol yn bodoli i ddileu yr angen am geisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer seilwaith o'r fath. Mae newidiadau arfaethedig eraill i'r GDPO yn cael eu hystyried yn adran 3 y ddogfen ymgynghori.

Consolidation and amendment of the Use Classes Order and the Permitted Development Order
To inform the review, the Welsh Government commissioned research into the operation of the UCO and associated permitted development rights. The recommendations arising from the report which we propose to take forward are considered in section 2 of the consultation document.
To address the difficulty to obtain up-to-date and accurate versions of the UCO and GPDO, and most importantly, the parts which are relevant to Wales, we propose to consolidate both the UCO and GPDO when the changes proposed in this consultation are taken forward.

Er mwyn mynd i'r afael â'r anhawster o gael y fersiynau diweddaraf a chywir o'r UCO a'r GPDO, ac yn fwyaf pwysig, y rhannau sy'n berthnasol i Gymru, rydym yn bwriadu cyfuno yr UCO a'r GPDO pan gaiff y newidiadau sy'n cael eu cynnig yn yr ymgynghoriad hwn eu datblygu.

Today, a consultation has been released which seeks your views on proposed changes to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (UCO) and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (GPDO) -
Our policy commitments to expand renewable energy and telecommunication provision mean we have also considered whether additional opportunities exist to remove the need for planning applications for such infrastructure. Other proposed changes to the GPDO, are explored in section 3 of the consultation document.
The closing date for responses is 24 August 2018.
